Sunday is my long run day. I love starting out the week with a nice long run. Any distance from 10-15 miles. It’s my favorite run of the week but it’s the one I stress out about the most. I worry about hydrating, fueling, getting enough sleep/rest the day before, etc. And since I’m a planner and prepper, getting myself organized ahead of time helps! This is what you’ll find in our house on a Saturday night lol! This makes getting up at the crack of dawn a little bit easier! 

How do you prep for big workouts? 

My fuel/water belt ready! Breakfast(pb and banana always! 🙂 ), coffee and water ready! 

Gear ready. Shorts, shoes, glide, watches, etc. all laid out ready to go, plus this way I don’t wake the husband! Lol!
