Today was one of those days you wish you could bottle up. Everything was just perfect throughout the run. I felt great. Great weather. Great pace. Great everything. I really really REALLY wanted to keep on going, but I’m trying to be good and stay conservative with my running to make sure I stay injury free. So, I stopped at 14 miles @ 2:19.xx. Wonder if I’ll ever hit 16 miles? 15 is my longest ever! Maybe I’ll try for that one weekend when I’m feeling fantastic!
My only question is, how do I recreate this perfect run?? Ahhh, the question of every runner! Lol!
