I’ve been trying to watch what I eat recently, as with many high mileage runners, we tend to just grab anything to fill ourselves up. Lately, I found I’m not grabbing the healthiest snacks. So, when I saw this at the store I had to try it. This cereal is filling, delicious, only 190 calories and quick. I like having these on hand since they take only a minute to make and when runger strikes every second until I eat seems like an eternity LOL! 

Definitely check these out. There are many great flavors to choose from!
