We are now past mid year. This is a great time to look back over the goals you set at the start of the year and reassess. Are you where you wanted to be? Have you started obtaining any of your goals? Any forgotten? Any that you learned are too out of teach and need to reset? What were your goals? Are you getting closer? 

I set several mini goals while trying to achieve this large 2000 mile goal. I’m happy I am slightly ahead of my mileage goal. It’s good to have a cushion. It’s good to take a break before tackling the 2nd half of the year. 

Reevaluate. Reset and start again if needed. Or keep plugging along if you are well on your way!

Take this mid year to also test yourself on your goals. See how far you have come! Were you new to running in January? How many miles are you up to now? Maybe yoga was new? What poses are you challenging yourself with?? 

Enjoy seeing the accomplishments you’ve made, don’t get down on resetting or restarting or just dropping any not working! Remember you are right where you should be at this moment! Don’t look back, keep moving forward! You’ve got this!
