As a runner I am always looking for ways to recovery my feet, legs, whole body. I try to rest when I can, stretch, wear compression sleeves or socks, ice, etc..so when the great people at Go For a Run sent me recovery flip flops to try, I was excited to see what they were all about.

My review? Do they really recover my legs and refresh me? I’m not to sure about that, but they really do help my feet, give very gentle trigger point pressure and are very comfortable to wear. I have been wearing these after runs, to my yoga classes and around town. So far my feet do feel good. I really like these after teaching, especially after a 2-3 back to back classes. When I teach I am barefoot on a hard surface for 2-3 hours, wearing these shoes really does recover my feet and refreshes and reenergizes them. My feet no longer have that tired and achy feeling, I don’t feel it in my knees after and I can easily take on the rest of my day. So, I do find these really help my feet after running and especially after teaching. They trigger point softly massages my feet with each step!
If you are on your feet all day long, definitely check these out. They are a great fit, comfortable sole and inside, the straps don’t rub at all, and they offer a variety of colors to suit your needs. Rachel over at GFAR sent me the gray/green/black pair and I love them. I went a size bigger than I would need as my feet tend to swell. These have been perfect and have become one of my favorite pairs of sandals to wear and living in Florida, I wear flip flops ALL THE TIME!
