Since my half on Sunday, I have been asked how much I have improved over the 2.5 years I have been doing half marathons.

Each race I have gotten better through speed work, rest, eating right and LOTS AND LOTS of miles. Speed comes from running a lot of miles. So, just keep running. If I can do it, anyone can!
