Hello February! ❤️ As I’m trying to stay on task with workouts, posting helps keep me accountable! This is what I’ll try to do:

Sunday: run 9, upper body workout 

Monday: run 6-7, teach 2

Tuesday: teach 4 classes 

Wednesday: run 4, spin class, teach 2

Thursday: run 5-6, teach 2, maybe Pilates 

Friday: run 6-7, strength, teach 2

Saturday: client appreciation day!!!! ❤️
