Missed this a couple weeks. But here’s what I have planned!

Sunday-run 8 miles, walk. The run was glorious! One of those of those oh so perfectrunning  days! 

Monday-run 6, teach 2. One is my core class. Love it!

Tuesday-run 3-4, teach 4

Wednesday-strength class, spin, teach 2

Thursday-run 6-7, teach 4

Friday-run 6-8, teach 2

Saturday-REST DAY! 😍
