 Omg this running break is killing me. This is the longest break I’ve taken since 2013. I’m going crazy. But I’ve decided I need to fully heal everything before getting back. I’ll get back but my body needs rest. I’ve been teaching so much lately and doing strength still so that helps, but man I miss the running. I drove past my 10 mile route the other day and cried. I wondered if I’d ever be back to that running mileage again. I miss my early early morning runs. I’m just hoping this break is good for me and will make my running even better later! Pray I’m ok!
