Monday-run 3-4, teach 2

Tuesday-run 2-4, strength class, teach 3

Wednesday-strength class, teach 4

Thursday-run 3-5, teach 3

Friday-run 3-5,strength class, teach 2

Saturday-maybe run if I can’t before church tomorrow
