What are you up to this week? I’m hopping to up my running mileage and just keep up on my other workouts. I have family in for the week, so I’ll be, already am, extra tired but I’ll try to power through! 

Here’s my plan:

Sunday-run 4

Monday-run 3-4, teach 2

Tuesday-run 3-4, strength, teach 2

Wednesday-strength, teach 4

Thursday-run 3-4, teach 3

Friday-run 3-4, strength, teach 2

Saturday-REST ❤️
