I’m looking forward to this week! My strength classes should be a lot of fun! Tuesday’s is all HIIT, which I haven’t done yet at this studio, Wednesday will be upper body and Friday lower, so a great full body week. Plus, I’m *hoping* to get my mileage up. I was good at the start of last week but only hit my minimum milage the rest of the week. Still good but I’m ready to bump it up!

Sunday-run 5, foam roll and stretch a lot
Monday-run 4-5, teach 2
Tuesday-run 3-5, strength, teach 3
Wednesday-strength, maybe spin, teach 4
Thursday-run 4-5, teach 3
Friday-run 4-5, strength, teach 2
Saturday-REST DAY ❤️
